Hello, beautiful souls.
Iโm so elated to connect with you again in this brand new week and a brand new month. How are you doing? I hope youโre flourishing, growing, and finding joy wherever you are.
Since this is our first time gathering here in July, permit me to officially welcome you into this powerful new month. Happy New Month and welcome to the Second Half of the Year!
So tell me, how has July been so far?
In June; we went deep, exploring the nooks and crannies of Fear, and what a time it was! But guess what? July is about to be even more impactful.
What I have for you this month is real, raw, juicy, and life-changing. It will shift your mindset, influence your journey, and help you see yourself through a renewed lens.
This month, weโre diving into the theme: “Becoming.”

When we talk about Becoming, weโre talking about the journey of evolving into who youโre truly meant to be; reclaiming your identity, rewriting your narrative, and restarting from exactly where you are, not where you think you should be.
Think of July as a second January, a fresh start for those who need one. Itโs your mental permission slip to reset your goals, energy, habits, and mindset, no matter how the first half of the year went.
That fear of being a beginner again? Itโs lying to you. You donโt have to have it all together to start. You just have to begin.
This month, weโre going to shatter the illusion that growth is always glamorous. Because spoiler alert: itโs not. Growth is raw. Itโs real. Itโs rarely aesthetic. And thatโs the exact reason why it matters.
The goal of this monthโs series is simple:
๐ To make you feel seen in your struggle.
๐ And inspired enough to keep going anyway.
Becoming who you’re meant to be isnโt always clean or cute. Itโs often breaking before rebuilding. Itโs dealing with doubt, silence, and starting over again and again.
Itโs outgrowing people who once felt like home. Itโs making bold decisions you canโt explain but know are right in your gut.
The truth about becoming is that itโs messy. Nothing looks like it at first. Itโs uncomfortable, often invisible and still exactly what you need.
Most of the real work of becoming happens in the dark; quietly, privately, and without applause. Thatโs where the actual transformation begins, it when it looks perfect, but when itโs honest.
So if your life feels messy right now, donโt run from it. That ache? That confusion? That inner tension? Itโs not failure, itโs the sound of transformation.
Everyone wants transformation, but no one talks about what it actually takes. We crave the glow-up, not the breakdown. The healed version, not the healing process. The new identity, but not the death of the old one.
Becoming isnโt pretty. But itโs everything. Youโll have to break parts of yourself to build new ones. And yes, the old version of you has to die for the new one to evolve.
But hereโs the truth no one tells you: Becoming is brutal. Not because youโre doing it wrong, but because youโre doing it right.
Just when youโre finally getting it right, it may feel even harder. Thatโs the tension of outgrowing a life you once prayed for. Itโs not fitting into places that used to feel like home.
Itโs setting boundaries that make you the villain in someone elseโs story. Itโs unlearning survival patterns that once protected you, but now hold you back.
Those patterns helped you survive a past season. But in this season? Theyโre keeping you small. Itโs time to grow, and you know it.
Becoming who youโre meant to be comes with sacrifice. The path might be lonely, silent, even sacred. It wonโt always look good.
Real becoming is ugly before itโs beautiful. Itโs raw before itโs refined. Itโs chaos before clarity.
So if youโre in the thick of it, in the hard middle, please remember:
Youโre not broken.
Youโre not behind.
Youโre not lost.
Youโre just in the process.
Becoming isnโt the one big moment when everything changes. Itโs the million quiet choices you make when no one is watching.
The hard decisions. The endings that feel like loss but are actually freedom. This is your becoming.
It may not be pretty, but itโs powerful. I donโt know what the hardest part of your journey looks like right now. But I want to encourage you, donโt stop!
Becoming is demanding. Itโs sometimes heavy. Itโs a full-time job with no off days. So, donโt give up. Youโre so close. You are just a few steps away from becoming the person youโve dreamed of.
Donโt be discouraged by the not-so-pretty parts. Every single step, every lesson, every awkward in-between is preparing you for the version of you that you desire to meet.
Let go of the version of you that youโve already outgrown. Donโt get stuck there. Release the old so you can rise into the new.
Keep going. Youโre not behind, youโre building. This second half of the year is your opportunity to jump back in and run your race with fresh fire.
Becoming isnโt supposed to be easy, itโs supposed to be transformative. And transformation almost always looks like chaos before it reveals clarity.
So, trust the process. Even when itโs messy. Especially when itโs messy. Growth doesnโt always feel good, but itโs always worth it.
Becoming stretches us. It breaks routines, confronts fears, and challenges everything that once felt comfortable. But growth rarely announces itself with fanfare. It usually arrives quietly in the hard days, the quiet persistence, the lessons nobody sees.
Donโt let the difficulty trick you into thinking youโre not growing. You are. Every time you rise after falling, you are. Every time you show up when you donโt feel ready, you are. Let go of timelines and toxic comparison.
You are not behind. You are being built, layer by layer, step by step into someone stronger, wiser, more grounded, and more whole.
This second half of the year is your open road. Walk it boldly. Use what the first half taught you; the wins, the wounds, and everything in between and build forward.
This isnโt a do-over. Itโs a continuation of your becoming. So breathe. Reset if you need to. But donโt stop.
Keep showing up. Keep pressing forward.
You still have time.
You still have strength.
You still have purpose.
Keep building. Keep believing. Keep becoming. You are becoming everything you were created to be.
I hope this has blessed you. Donโt just read it and scroll, take time to sit with it, reflect, and re-strategize for the rest of the year. Iโd love to hear from you!
Drop your thoughts, lessons, reflections, and takeaways in the comments, Iโll be reading them all.
Thank you for showing up. See you again next week on this beautiful journey of Becoming.
Wishing you a grace-filled week ahead.
